Refund policy

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our Return and Refund Policy below to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for products purchased directly from our official website or authorized Ettara retail stores. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return process within 30 days from the date of purchase.
1.2 Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team by email or phone within the specified return period.
b. Provide your order details, including the order number, product(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.
c. Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
d. Pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. e. Clearly label the package with the provided RAN.
f. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Note: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
1.3 Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned product(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1.1. If the returned items are approved, we will process the refund according to section 2.
1.4 Non-Eligible Returns: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products purchased from unauthorized Ettara retailers or third-party sellers.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition.
- Products without the original packaging, accessories, or documentation.
- Products returned beyond the specified return period.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Process: Upon approval of the returned product(s), we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 30 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
2.2 Non-Refundable Items: The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Shipping charges incurred for the initial purchase.
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
3. Exchanges
Ettara Brand currently does not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined in section 1 and place a new order for the desired item.
